Hello Melody is a trading name of CMK Trading Limited. These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a problem with payment, stock availability, or misuse of the site.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in GBP. CMK Trading Limited (trading as Hello Melody) is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your purchase. Payment must be completed in full before your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are given at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, artwork and website content are the property of CMK Trading Limited. They may not be reproduced, copied, resold or used without our prior written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
