Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase such as your order confirmation.

Items we can't accept back

Personalised or made-to-order items can't be returned unless they're faulty, as we can't resell them.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Fancy a different design instead? Email us and we'll sort an exchange, subject to availability.

Return postage

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Starting a return

Email info@hellomelodydesign.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
