Are your designs really original?

Yes. Every Hello Melody design begins as an original hand-drawn illustration in our studio. Mugs are printed in Surrey, England; art prints and greeting cards are printed in the UK.

What are your UK delivery options?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99 and usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.99 and usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking, and standard UK delivery is free on orders over £30. We currently ship within the UK only.

What is your returns policy?

Our standard return window is 30 days. Some exclusions apply, including personalised or made-to-order items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

They are. Our premium white ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe and hold 325ml (12 fl oz).
