Shipping policy

At Hello Melody, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely — and to arrive looking as good as it did leaving our studio.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas, this can take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted if it does.

Delivery options

- Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99, 2–3 working days after dispatch

- Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99, 1–2 working days after dispatch

Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from when you order.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

How we pack

Mugs travel in protective sleeves inside a purpose-made box, because nobody wants to open a parcel full of pieces. Prints and stationery are sent flat and protected.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at info@hellomelodydesign.com with your order number, and we'll chase it up.

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — no return postage cost to you.

We can't control courier delays, but we will always help you sort it out.
